How long will it take to receive my order?
USA/Canada - around 1 to 2 weeks
International - around 2 to 5 weeks
*Shipping may take longer to arrive depending on the efficiency/holiday schedule of your postal service. And if there are no delays in customs.
What is this store's return/exchange policy?
If your shipped items contain incorrect items I will offer a refund or a replacement. If you received a package with a missing item, I will resend the item or offer a refund on item (if preferred).
If shipped items come damaged due to poor shipping handling, I can not offer an exchange/refund as this is not my responsibility. I always try to package all my items carefully in bubble wrap. However, sometimes shipping services may not handle the packages with care.
If the customer entered a wrong address. It may take up to 3-6 months before it's sent back to me. The customer will have to pay for the return fee + new shipping fee for me to ship it again.
If the order is lost (must provide correct address and name), you will get a refund. An order is considered lost if it did not arrive after 2 months (since marked as "shipped").
Other than the options above, there are no exchanges/refunds.
All charms and stands come with a protective sealing on the front or backside. Please remember to peel off when in use.
